Bathschèba Duronvil was born in Haiti but grew up in Minnesota. She moved to Oregon in, the summer of 2018 to attend Southern Oregon University. She earned a dual major in Psychology and Criminal Justice & Criminology in June of 2022.

Bathschèba Duronvil was a McNair Scholar and a former TRIO-SSS Peer Mentor for the TRIO-SSS Program at Southern Oregon University. There, she mentored first-generation students and low-income neurodivergent students to foster growth. Much of the life skills she taught were time management, money management, study skills, and other skill pertaining to the success of neurodivergent students at Southern Oregon University. She was a Marketing Coordinator for the Ethnic Racial Studied Program, an artist, poet, and educator. Ms. Duronvil is a dedicated and committed person to her work and her passions.
